Press Club's Wine Director, Nate Houston, has introduced a new wine program focusing on the regenerative viticulture umbrella featuring biodynamic, permaculture, and organic farming practices. Nate has spent 23 years in the restaurant business creating wine programs and telling the story of the farmers who grow the fruit. His passion for creating a better earth for our children to live starts with the farmers who tend to their land with deep love and dedication.
