Fritz Winery

The Fritz Family has been farming in the Dry Creek Valley since 1971 when Jay and Barbara Fritz purchased a bucolic 100 acre vineyard property. The property was enhanced in 1979 when the family decided to build a two story underground winery. The ability to employ gravity juice flow and the natural cool of an underground cellar vaulted the winery forward. Today, Clayton Fritz has taken over the helm as the second generation to lead this unique bold winery.
